Discount Power

I’ve been with this company for 3yrs now! They have always been so flexible with my payments. I’ve gone a few weeks over my due date and the price never jumps too far unless I completely forget. So much grace & super affordable deals, my electric has never turned off in my home even if I’m behind. 10/10 Companyy

The first account on my app screen should be the current active account. Unfortunately, I have to see my former addresses from two prior moves first. This then requires me to toggle and find my current account. If the former accounts are kept for history, there should be away to see our current account first then most recent former address, and the following former address. Or store the former accounts into an archives screen. I should see my current active account and usage FIRST, since that’s what I’m paying for today. UX Design request to re-design

Overall, I’m glad the app exists and would recommend using it if you have Discount Power as your energy provider. The one downside is it takes anywhere from 30-60 seconds to actually log in, but once you’re authenticated, everything responds very quickly. Optimizing the login and initial load times would be nice. Also, there are currently a couple of UI-level bugs on the landing page once you log in (likely related to iPhone 15 screens and the newest iOS version), but those don’t stop you from seeing the most important information for your account, or from making payments. I figure that will be resolved in an upcoming release, but for now it remains an issue, and to be fair, I’m not sure if the app is still under regular development.
