App isn’t working stating login is incorrect. However when I go to website and put in same login information on website I have no problem’s logging in. App isn’t working properly this needs to be looked at!

I’m able to view my bill and all the pdfs and my usage but when I click on pay my bill, it won’t allow me to scroll down far enough to click the pay now button, which is half the reason I got the app. And it doesn’t take me anywhere when I click on feedback to say this, which is why I’m posting it here. If I can pay on the app, it’ll be a 5 star!

Certainly appreciate having the app, but the point of utilizing face ID for logging in is to eliminate the need for inputting a password. Currently, the app makes me input my password and then utilizes face ID to log me in. Which is very counterintuitive. Also, when clicking the “Pay Now” button to submit a payment, there’s no warning that you’re about to finalize the payment. Once you hit “Pay Now”, it truly means that you’re paying now lol. I believe to increase user friendliness there should be a, “Are you sure you would like to proceed?” type of message right after hitting “Pay Now.” Other than that, it’s a clean app and fairly straightforward.
