I’ve been with TriCounty for several years. Usually log in to the desktop view of my acct. I tried the App and was charged $23 just to be notified I don’t have an acct set up? What!!?!?!?

App says there is no outage in my area, but we have been without power for an hour and their desktop lists the outage. App is garbage.
