I was once able to look at my meter to track usage-look to see if the triangle was moving to check for leaks. Now I can’t read my meter at all. I have to depend on the delayed information on the app. My meter is read on the 14th of the month. Today is the 18th and I have no idea of what my usage is and what my bill looks like. I am trying to conserve water and this app does not help.

This app requires an account number and service location every time I log in and every time I input the information, I get an error message and I’m not able to access my account. Please fix this issue.

Thank you! App works great for me, even while at work, and that says something since I usually have issues getting apps to work.
