I experienced an issue when my app stopped working, which made it difficult for me since I depend on it for my business. However, the customer service team was very communicative via email and assured me they would fix the app. They kept their promise and resolved the issue. I have been using this app with a premium subscription for over a year, and I absolutely love it. When the app was down, my ability to conduct marketing for my business was also affected. I’m glad the app is fixed now, and I look forward to using it again. No other app compares to this one.

Hi, I am Hadlei🌸🌺🌷🎉. I am an influencer and I love this app because I can edit all my videos and I’ve just have so much fun with all of these different sound effects and different pictures. You can add whatever you would like on there and it’s just so good I am absolutely obsessed with this app. It is so so so so so so so so so so so good it literally is my life. I’ve makes so much videos and I’ve been posting a lot more now

You can’t change the default text. I tried to do so 3 different ways because I didn’t want “MILAN” posted in the middle of my video but in trying to delete the default text, the app crashes and you lose all your work. I tried creating one video from one of their travel templates and wanted 30min it’s of my time cuz of all the crashes. I kept trying only because after hitting the 7 day trial button in order to save my video with music, the app automatically charged me a full yearly subscription (which is not what I wanted). They better refund my money because this app isn’t even worth trying for 7 days..or 7 minutes!
