Was previously able to use this app to tell the WYBOT to either clean the floor only or to clean the walls as well. Now the app has changed, I guess there was an update, and now it requests access to the WiFi network which I give it and it connects but returns to the home page as unconnected and there is no option to change the cleaning program. This cycle is infinite. So there’s obviously no quality control on the app at all.

For operation, the app generally works, although it occasionally crashes. The main problem I have is the weekly scheduling. I have not ever been able to schedule the cleaning. I have to manually tell it to clean every time I need to pull cleaned. No matter what I do when I open the scheduler, as soon as I select a date it crashes. This has been ongoing, and no matter how many times I request support, I never get any solution.

I have had nothing but trouble with this app. I can’t control the vacuum as advertised. The schedule option doesn’t work. The robot doesn’t respond to any commands from the app what so ever. The one or two times I did get it to connect with the app it didn’t actually do what I wanted. The robot itself works great and cleans well but never fully charges from the solar panel so I have to hook it up to the wall charger. Really disappointed in this system.
