I’ve worked for them almost a year and during the early stages, many of the commentary regarding organization were true. About six months ago they updated the app and route details. You can find out almost instantly a routes number of packages and payout. This information is provided the day of the route so you can cancel if it’s too big or if you don’t agree with the pay. Organization is key. You have to load packages accordingly so as you proceed in the route you can easily grab your package. If you don’t do this you can add hours to the delivery time. I have had a few cancelled shifts but they let you know two hours minimum prior. They also allow you to pick a zone, so you can deliver in areas of your preference. Packages are usually small but some routes do include larger boxes. A mid sized sedan or smaller suv is ideal. Dispatch is helpful and I normally don’t have any issue at the hub. You are required to return packages and aren’t compensated for this. This one of the only downsides. Typically, you just try and deliver your route. The only package you can’t leave are those that require signature, which are vape cartridges.
I strongly suggest that you have PRIOR delivery experience before signing up for this company. This is Independent Contractor work, so it is first come first serve, and NOT everyday will be an good day. Remember that! But overall the staff has been very supportive Big Shoutouts to Brooks & Angelica, great dispatchers 🙏🏽and they want to see people get an route they can handle. A MIDSIZE SUV or VAN would be ideal for this gig. Most of the people who I’ve seen complain don’t familiarize themselves with system map, and quiet frankly don’t use common sense. Don’t be one of those people! This company is growing in the right direction, you can be apart of the growth or you can go work at McDonald’s or something on the side. Pick your hard!
