Overall my first experience with Courial was pretty solid. The app itself works well and the order flow was smooth and easy to follow. Pay was decent on the order I completed, although I’ve noticed some offers tend to start lower and increase over time if nobody takes them right away. One thing that can be a little frustrating is how strict the delivery timing is. I understand why they do it for corporate catering orders, but I finished my delivery early, took the photo, and the customer already had their food, but I still had to wait a few minutes before the app would let me officially complete it. Other than that, the experience was good overall and definitely better than I expected for my first order.

Working with Courial has been an amazing experience. The app is very user-friendly and offers incredible flexibility, which is perfect for anyone looking to manage their own time. In the delivery field, Courial provides many opportunities to earn money, with a variety of work options and the freedom to choose when and where to work. I love how intuitive the platform is and how it streamlines the delivery process, making everything faster and more efficient. Additionally, the support for workers is excellent, and they are always available to help with any issues. Courial not only offers an effective way to make money, but also the ability to organize your day according to your needs, which is something I highly appreciate. I give it five stars because it has exceeded my expectations in terms of flexibility, opportunities, and ease of use. I highly recommend Courial to anyone looking for a reliable platform to work in the delivery field!

I have been taking gigs from Courial for about a month and a half now. What first attracted me was the way they have every catagory imaginable all in one place. You could get on there and order a licensed technician to come do your nails, someone to jump start your car or deliver gas, and a hamburger all on one app. That appeals to me because I’m always trying to multitask. I’ve worked for Door Dash, GrubHub, and GoPuff for about a year and a half, and they’re fine, but Courial seems to look out for their drivers a little more. I’m in the San Diego area, and there’s 1 local dispatch that assigns jobs, answers questions, and coordinates everything. It’s really nice to communicate with the same person every day, because he gets to know you. But, in addition to that, they look out for inconveniences that the other apps don’t even acknowledge. If there’s something that needs to be lifted that weighs over 35 pounds, they’ll pay you extra. If you have to wait for an order more than 5 minutes, they’ll pay you extra. There’s actually a timer that counts down 5 min, and then starts charging based on how much longer you have to wait so you’re not losing money like you can on the other apps. Plus, there’s complete transparency, so you know how much money they’re making and how much you’re making, and almost unbelievably, the “Courial”, their name for their gig worker, gets to keep 80% of the fees on the gig, and 100% of the tip! Oh, and you can cash out your pay immediately after every task, if you want. I have yet to see anything that can beat that. I know they’re new, but I am really, really pulling for them to quickly grow and dominate the market.
