I also love the flexibility of being able to choose my own loads and set my own schedule. I can prioritize my personal life while still running a successful business. The app makes it so easy to manage everything from finding loads to tracking expenses. It has truly streamlined my operations and allowed me to focus on what I do best - driving and delivering goods. I am grateful for the convenience and efficiency that this app provides, making my job as an owner operator dispatch much more enjoyable and stress-free. I also like to add the weekly pay is always on time. Additionally, the easy submission process for wait times allows for accurate tracking and documentation of any delays, providing transparency and accountability for all parties involved. I have been signed up with them for a while, there are weeks that are outstanding, and there are weeks that are not all that good. One thing I dislike is the app interface, when you go into a chat to request any assistance, you have to give them an order number and it does not allow you to copy the order number if it’s an active order. Having to switch back-and-forth between the screens as tedious. The other downside is that if you connect your vehicle and use CarPlay, you don’t get notifications and that is a huge problem for drivers that are out there grinding every day. The way I work around it is do not connect my vehicle to it and make sure all my notifications are on. If they can fix that and also the copying of the order number so that you can apply it in the ticket this app would be flawless. I now love the timelines to pick up and drop off, that gives you a huge idea of when it’s due and it also assist to pick up more work during your route.
