Mothership Carrier

Working along side Mothership has been a great experience and profitable. Most off all I would like to say that the support team is absolutely wonderful. They respond almost immediately to any concerns with loads, cancellations, and routes. And definitely don’t want to forget to mention the management and employees at ABF Freight for all their assistance. I would absolutely recommend to anyone in the business.

This app is a great way to make some money but the reality of it there’s a lot of things that they don’t tell you and also there’s a lot of hard work that you’re going to be putting in when dealing with this app. Some days are easier than others but other days you may find yourself in situations like mine I had a shipment that was going to Anaheim from Canoga Park making of around $100 and some change. When I arrive at the facility around 5:15PM that was set to close at 6PM I was greeted with a business that was closed I sent a text to Mothership and they didn’t reply to me until I was on the phone trying to get some help the problem is a lot of times and this is not just for me but also other drivers is that these places will not have accurate closing and operating hours so I have to drive 120 miles tomorrow to re-deliver the shipment when gas in California is $4.79 mind you they’re only paying $25 for overnight fee and another $20 for me waiting. You also can’t book any other loads when you have to re-deliver something so basically my whole day tomorrow will be wasted re-delivering the shipment because they couldn’t have the accurate time posted for this place

Horrible experience with customer service. Receiver refused load because of unpaid invoices (unrelated to our current load). Contacted mothership customer service who had no resolution to the issue at that time. After several wasted hours at receiver with no resolution from customer service, driver returned to yard with freight. Customer service finally got back still with out resolution. Freight stored on truck over night causing missed booked load. Contacted customer service first thing in the morning to find out what had been done to resolve issue to to have freight delivered. No solution at opening of business. Seven plus hours later they contact us with a new delivery location. No problem. We notify them that we need a new rate con as we stored the freight detention and additional mileage. They refuse to negotiate a reasonable fee. Long story shorten slightly, we go back in forth trying to be paid appropriately for our service which caused the shipment to be delayed an additional day and additional missed load. They still refuse to pay us appropriately. Although we picked and delivered on time and we’re delayed two days at zero fault of our own. Worst experience I’ve ever had. Horrible customer service.
