Roll Em Up Taquitos

It worked fine for a few months till it didn’t! First, it wouldn’t let me place any orders or even find a location to begin with. I decided I would try and log out to then log back in as a refresh as soon as I logged out, it wasn’t loading the page to let me sign in. After trying and refreshing the app still not working so I decided to delete the app as a whole and re-download it, but after I open it, I re-download it, completely white blank screen saying error try again and nothing else just making it completely unusable. I had points that I had saved up to use rewards for too.

I recently got a Roll Em Up Taquitos location in my area just this past May which was only just months ago. I went there twice and got my Reward points for scanning my phone at the restaurant. But I downloaded an update on the app when you redesigned the app a couple of months ago and every single one of the points I had vanished. There have been other updates on the app since then but none of them fixed the app for me to show the points I earned so it now just reads 0 points. I even asked the customer service multiple times and even they couldn’t get my points back.

The taquitos are made fresh when ordered and they are delicious. For the price I paid for my food, I received a large portion. The staff is very friendly and were very helpful in showing how their app works and how to earn points and redeem offers. I am looking forward to trying everything on the menu.
