The app used to work fine but all of the sudden, there is nothing I can do to login. The app shows me blank app screen when I login. When trying to login through webpage, it has me do crazy nine-step human verification. After suceeding, it tells me that my password is incorrect (it’s correct!). After resetting password, I am put through the nine-step verification again. After succeeding, it tells me again my password is incorrect. I try to create a new account with different email but it won’t let me sign up saying too many sign up attempts have been logged. There is no help case or number to report the issue. Local stores can’t help with account issues. Terrible app and service from Ono and Olo.
Ono is too cheap to support proper payment channels like Apple Pay. They use Olo which is a shady company and as a result it’s impossible to pay. I often have to go through a stack of cards hoping that one will eventually go through - but most banks just block them. Usually takes about 30 minutes to trick one of my banks to accept the payment, sometimes it’s impossible. Ono knows this, they knew for years, but they rather lose customers than spend 40 cents per order supporting real payment methods.
The girl from service on Thursday March 9th has no manner and no professionalism. The girl in the counter took 25 min of my time trying to figure out how is the Ono gift card is not working after I buy the gift card recently. They have no experience on what they are doing.
Order ahead with the Ono Hawaiian BBQ app! Nothing beats being on island time and ordering a delicious meal ahead of the crowds. Find your closes...
