Login problems require customer backbends to even make the App load. When I contacted the company who did the app, said I would need to go to gym to try and catch the gym manger and then for ME to schedule a conference call with all three of us to resolve the issue… We actually cancelled our membership BECAUSE of this app.
As with others, I have tried over several weeks to set up my account via the app as instructed by the staff. I have even changed the email that the link is supposed to be sent to, but no luck! No email with link to reset (set) password so they I can use the app!
I haven’t had any issues with the app. So far it seems to do what it is supposed to do! Love that I can schedule classes using it.
