Never had been here before, and Jasmine. Our server was the absolute best. She walked us through the menu and took her time explaining everything even more than once. Give us samples of the bubble drinks and was exceptionally patient while we ordered. What a great employee and I hope to be back very soon. Definitely due to Jasmine’s assistance. And yes, the food was delicious also! KEITH

Pokeworks on Cedar Bluff in Knoxville, TN is my favorite place. The food is fresh, lots of options available, and is consistently delicious. The staff is phenomenal. Everyone is friendly and treats their customers with kindness. I have eaten there no less than twice a week for a year. For what you get, I find the prices reasonable. If you are dieting, you might consider the salad poke bowl. It is a great way to get more fish/seafood in your diet as well. Ordering online for pickup is a very convenient option. Even when you go inside to order or dine, there isn’t much of a wait. I highly recommend!

Went to order online and saw a promo for $5 off. Cool! Had to provide my email and cell number, had to verify my email and cell number, once that was complete I had to download the app to get my alleged reward. Download the app, create a user, recreated my order…get to the checkout page and no discount present. My user has the same verified cell and email. There is a “my rewards” section that was blank. Went back to all communications I had with them confirmed everything was done. Based on this experience and other reviews, it is clear they have no intention of providing any reward for signing up. I could care less about the $5 discount, but they are clearly doing a data grab to sell my phone and email to whoever they can. Did not proceed with my purchase and will not be ordering food from here ever. Will be reaching out to have my data deleted from their system and probably never hear back.
