This is a great app for apartment living with the ability to get maintenance to payments and seeing what services are on your billing it's really helpful having it all in one place and very seamless integration inside this app making you able to get what you need to get done, done!
There should be a way to see what what you are paying:rent is this much, water is this much, trash is this much, making the total this much. (An itemized list of the charges). There should also be a way to save or print a receipt of what you have paid. EVERY time I go to pay my rent I have additional charges I have no idea why or what it is for. I work late & by the time I am done with work, the office is closed making it difficult to know what I should be paying. Also because I get paid bi-weekly, I try to pay my rent early however the system only puts what I owe on the date it is due. There should be a way for the system to generate my bill BEFORE the due date to ensure I am paying the appropriate amount. I typically pay more than what my rent is to have a little “cushion” but so far it has NEVER been the correct amount no matter how much extra I over pay. It is ridiculously hard to budget money this way!!!!
Moving out of this complex after 9 years. Too many things going on behind the scenes here. Still have German roaches (3 yrs now). Supposed to be non-smoking property, except for in certain areas. I have a new neighbor who constantly is on his porch smoking. He also has a dog that he only takes out at night, so I don’t think the dog is supposed to be there. Oh and he also had 3 puppies when he moved in. His neighbor says she can smell dog smells through the adjoining walls between their Apts. Office staff constantly changing. Apt long term renters have become a number (rent pmt amt). Maintenance staff very nice and gets things done as fast as possible, but they are understaffed. Lots of cosmetic work being done (not on inside of apt…plumbing is horrible, cracks in ceiling where cabinets are separating from the walls, black mold around my AC vents in bathroom and living room, wasp nests finally eliminated but only because of new complex painting going on, spider webs finally removed for same reason) so rents can go up approx $500 a month per apt. You can’t rent the property party room out for parties even though it is listed in brochure as an amenity. Workout room has been closed for 2 months now due to vandalism. If you have a problem with the Laundromat, the office doesn’t handle that. A renter must call the company to report maintenance issues. My laundromat has had stagnant water in one washer for 3 weeks now and the place reeks! When school is in, you have college kids park their cars in our parking lot so that they can ride the bus to UT. No vehicles have ever been towed from my area although there are several that are out of inspection and/or have only expired paper license plates.
