I have been using the website for months. Then tonight downloaded the app after cont to try to input my info. Nope! It showed "Denied" why??? Same car, same visitor spot. Bad thing is unlike other reviewers with this problem- is this is at my job! As a private duty nurse, I can't just leave or stay in my car so it won't be towed. Only can say my prayers and hope my car will be there in the morning.

An app that sits on my phone should allow me to enter the info for my one or two cars that I own, then let me select one when registering at a parking lot. Instead, this app makes you go to ALL the fields for your car specs every time. Its only saving grace is it remembers what you typed before and provides it in a pull-down list. But I expect those values to disappear sometime in the future if cookies get cleared. Whoever designed this app does not understand how it will be used in the real world…

Was a little worried at first. But luckily I caught one of the tow truck drivers to verify a car was officially registered an it was. So in my book this is a great app. The website works too but it’s quicker when you can just open an app. And people are worried about the “auto fill” just copy and paste it and call it a day. We as humans make stuff harder than what it has to be.
