Cardi Health: Heart Health App

This app has saved my life! I have only used it a month, very little exercise due to my bad back, but the recipes are easy to follow! I’ve lost 15 lbs!! I’ve learned how to cook wiser and how to substitute with healthier food. Eating whole grain breads and pasta has sold this diet for me! I never could eat bread or pasta before on a diet. I’m not hungry and the pounds keep dropping! Loving it!!❤️🙌❤️

I love not having to plan my own meals and also the shopping list generator makes life easier. Most importantly, I have lost about 25 pounds over the past 3 months! I only have a couple of things I would personally like to see changed: - I would suggest updating the meal search feature. I was trying to find the “stew with vegetables and chicken” recipe, but it wouldn’t show up in the search until I typed in “stew with vegetables”. - I usually shop for a week at a time and it’s frustrating that I can’t manually generate the next meal plan until the app prompts me to, so I can’t plan out my entire shopping trip. - if you choose to generate a new meal plan, it changes the meals that were planned for any remaining days on the current remainder of the current plan. For instance, I still had 2 days left on my current plan and I expected it to just add 30 more days of meals, but it changed today’s and tomorrow’s meals so I had to search for my original dinner to change it back. I already shopped accordingly for those days so that’s kind of irritating. All in all though, it’s a wonderful app and thank you for making it!

Warning - make sure to mark renewal date in your calendar as this company will not refund it and will not notify you before they charge. Almost every subscription app or service will now notify you of renewal prior to recharging. This is because most reputable companies have faith that their app or service is beneficial to you and you will therefore want to renew. And if not, they wouldn’t want you to be charged for a service you don’t want or like. This is not the case with Cardi Health. After complaining, I did get a good faith offer to refund 1/2 (even though they charge in advance and I hadn’t used the service in months and didn’t plan to use it). Is it on me to remember to cancel prior to renewal? Of course. But they would rather have their $66. I’ll pass.
