This app is extremely useful. There’s so many different topics and options depending on your physical and health goals. The videos or the different exercises and yoga are easy to follow. I’d definitely recommend to give it a try.

After several attempts to obtain a refund for charges I was unaware of, stemming from a 3-month plan that I did not use at all, the Senior Support Specialist refused to issue a refund for the unauthorized charges on my account. They stated that according to their Terms and Conditions, which I agreed to upon purchase, subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled.
However, there is no cancellation button in their app, and they never send notifications regarding upcoming charges. If you look at the reviews, it’s clear that many people have been scammed by this app, receiving charges they were unaware of until they checked their accounts. There are no notifications—it's simply a scam. I would not recommend signing up for this service; their app is not good at all. Look for a better option, and AVOID SIGNING UP!!!📣‼️🚨
By the way, this is the first APP that refused to refund even I am dissatisfied with their app. Who does that? They just want to make money. Where is the customer service there? You shouldn't be in business.

I had high hopes for the No Diet App, but my experience has been nothing short of frustrating. I signed up thinking it would be a flexible and helpful tool, but quickly realized it wasn’t for me. I canceled my subscription and they did not cancel it, the second time I try to cancel it it when throught not before they charge me another $39 I contacted them expecting a refund – especially since they claim to offer a satisfaction guarantee.
Unfortunately, that’s where the support stopped. Despite canceling within the appropriate period, No Diet App refused to return my money. I contacted their support multiple times, only to receive canned responses and no customer satisfaction at all. It’s clear they’re more interested in keeping my payment than in delivering on their promises.
If you’re considering this app, be careful – the cancellation process is misleading, and the refund policy is basically nonexistent. Very disappointed and not recommend.

Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period.
You can manage or turn off auto-renew in your Account settings at any time after purchase.
No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during the active period.
Prices are for United States customers. Pricing in other countries may vary and actual charges may be converted to your local currency depending on your country of residence.
