Billing is correct! However the app usage graph adds total household energy production (which is measured by a separate ‘spy’ meter) plus the amount delivered to the household (normal meter) from EPE, but forgets to remove the amount of energy delivered to EPE. Hence the energy usage values displayed on the graph for our household are way too high. Recommendation to developper: research how NET metering works and fix the maths.

I don’t usually write reviews, but I feel EPE is getting a very bum rap. With the rollout of smart meters across their NM service area, the functionality of the app is vastly improved. I feel like its capabilities vastly exceed what I would expect of my electric utility.

I log in, it pulls up then it crashes right after, even if I refresh the app. Usually I like the app, other then not being able to add my bank for automatic payments, it worked for me, but now I cannot use it at all because it keeps crashing!
