started using this app and I love it!!! It’s holding me accountable, no more late night snack eating or drinking a bunch of coffee with cream. I’m one not to quit something when I start it and as soon as I hit that start fast button, I have to follow through. I feel accomplished as I make through each day!! love it!!! I’ve been full of energy and my spirits are more lifted up.
Just downloaded but became very frustrated fast because I tried to enter my weight and height and there are no instructions on how to move the numbers up to what I needed,no matter how much I swiped, pressed or pushed the numbers would only go down I don’t understand developers who don’t provide instructions and just let it up to the user to figure it out. It appears that way to many don’t have enough internal users use apps before they’re released I like the concept of your app but I will not waste my time trying to figure it out to get it to do the simplest thing. I strongly believe that you see the best of app within the first 5 minutes of use. If it’s bad to start with that usually the way it is the more you use. My solution is to delete those apps and reload them at a later date to see if they’ve been fixed
It would be great if the app also showed you how many hours and minutes you have left until your fast is over. It currently only shows how long you’ve fasted thus far. Which is helpful. But I would like to see both. Also, every single time I open the app, there’s a pop-up that appears that says “Learn how to fast”. I already clicked on this article and read it. Why does it keep appearing? And when I click the “x” to close it, it opens up anyway. A bit irritating. Can this be hidden so I can stop seeing it? I don’t need to read it again.
