IF: Intermittent Fasting 16:8

The app is great to keep you organized with your weight and measurements and it gives you notifications when it’s time to start your fast or end your fast. The coaching section is very helpful for newbies to intermittent fasting, and I’ve learned a lot! However the nutrition section needs ALOT of work. Sometimes the images are very different from the recipes and a lot of the recipes are keto based or full of terrible ingredients. It’s hard to filter the recipes and the selection could be better. I would like to see the nutrition section receive a make over similar to how Centr does their nutrition and recipes especially since this app costs money to use.

I was searching for a fasting app and what made me choose this one are the characters. I like that people of color are also represented 😊And I like that a timer alerts me when my fast is about to begin, I don’t need to remember to start the timer to begin my fast, or end my fast. I also like that you can see what stage of fasting you are in, that really motivates me to keep going!

This app really helps me keep track of my feeding and fasting windows. It takes the guess work out of it and it sends encouraging words to keep you going. Plus it’s FREE! If you want the meal plan that accompanies it it is a small fee. I don’t need the meal plan tho. This is perfect for me
