Way easier to use than the website. Looks beautiful. Only thing I would do differently is let me search and book mobile blood drives in the app.

I think I prefer the app to the website for making appointments. The option to add to My calendar is more direct. The address doesn’t work though, I have to manually update it to get an address the calendar will recognize for “time to leave” alerts. There are deeper calendar integrations to update calendar events if I were to cancel my appointment. I also ran into a problem using the store. The keyboard covers the email field, so I couldn’t paste my email address. I might have to use the hide my email feature just because it’s so inconvenient to enter any other address.

Navigating the site is easy as it’s laid out in a common sense way. And to be able to complete pre-check before arriving for my appointment is so nice.
