Cannot pass log in asking again and again either for Face ID or password

If I could give it zero stars, I would. Really dislike this new (white color) version of the PJCC app. The first initial launch of the version had the classes listed by date only, like we are supposed to know what day it is just by looking at the date. Even after adding the day, it is still difficult to read and find the classes I’m interested. Stick with simple UI design that is readable rather these fancy boxes and multi colors, which served no purpose. From the class list, it doesn’t show which classes I’ve registered unless I select the class itself, again poor design. Then class cancel is hidden in another menu rather at the class details. Are you purposely hiding the option so we get penalized for not canceling classes?! Also they added a time restriction where you can’t cancel a class after a certain amount of time before class. Why the restrictions while we are being good and cancel so others on the waitlist can join?! Please go back to the teal color version of the app which is much easier to use and user friendly! Or take the UI design of that app into this one. Looks like you guys released this app before it is well thought out, it simply a user unfriendly app.
