As a mom of 4 young girls, I was craving a workout that I could do at home that was fun and effective. I have always been active and loved a challenge, but through Beth and the other trainers, I am stronger and have more endurance than I have had in years. There is truly no limit to what my body can do, even beyond having children, and I am now discovering new strengths within myself that is so empowering to my everyday life. I have never been more grateful to have found a community that is so like-minded as myself, where we are all each other’s cheerleaders pushing each other to new heights and greater personal goals. I am truly obsessed with this app and tell everyone in my life about it and how much it has changed me. All the trainers are professional dancers and are board certified, so you are in the best of hands, and they smile through it all, which makes you smile too! Beth Nicely has truly created a movement with this space and the world needs to take notice- Once you go Beth, you never go back!

The most challenging, fun, inspiring and effective workout team has gone digital and it is a game-changer!!!! Beth and The Limit team are by far and away the best trainers I have ever worked with (and I’ve tried ALL of the top workouts NYC has to offer) and have helped me feel strong and capable mentally and physically. I LOVE their live classes, but this app is beautiful, functional, with truly challenging and effective workouts that help me to modify and advance at my own pace. I have tried all of the top apps and this is really in its own league, clearly benefitting from their collective experience as professional dancers and certified trainers, integrating their client experience and evidence-based techniques. I’ve literally been buying memberships as gifts because I believe so deeply in their method!!! Highly, highly recommend.

I’ve always worked out my entire life but never have I been more happy to do it, and never have I felt stronger. I’ve been with the Limit since it started and it is one of the best parts of my day every day! I love using the on demand workouts not only because they’re fun and challenging but you can do them anywhere - small hotel room, limited floor space, anything. The community is amazing and I couldn’t be happier!
