This app has EVERYTHING. From access to their live classes taught in NYC to high quality, high resolution at home workout videos taught by a variety of professional trainers, I never have to worry about planning my workouts. I can use one of their preplanned workout courses or choose my own videos and design my own plan. They offer a variety of workout styles including barre, strength, Pilates, hiit, cardio, sculpt, and more. The subscription includes EVERYTHING. It’s a lifetime supply of workouts designed by professional at your finger tips on a daily basis. It’s so, SO worth it!! I’ve used the app and the website daily for months now and I’m seeing real, lasting results.

I read somebody’s comment in another review about how someone had stated that some of the exercise videos specifically the live classes looked like they’d been shot on “an old web cam from 1999.” As if they were poor quality so you should avoid this in favor of some slick, higher quality exercise platform with more “production value” This is the first time I’ve made this abbreviation but I was ROFL (rolling on the floor laughing) Let me just tell you in no uncertain terms-Physique 57 is SO stand alone perfect in every way they could shoot their classes on an 8 mm projector from the 1960s and they would still blow everyone else out of the water! They DO have many higher production videos anyway but they are just like a cherry on top. Their instructors are phenomenal, positive, and clearly brilliant-you can FEEL they care about your success and health. The way the classes are you practically can do them eyes closed like a really top notch yoga class because it’s like this incredibly fun flow experience that just makes perfect sense to me as I’m doing them-It’s actually really hard to describe it tbh. It is like exercise without exercise! Like feeling the burn and sweating while still smiling. The routines are addictive and I’ve been going back again and again to do them for over 5 years now always fresh but yet the core moves you kind of just kind of understand from practice. You lose weight and get toned not just through physical action but the spiritual benefits as well. I could go on and write a short book about about how wonderful it is lol! I absolutely love Physique 57 and especially during quarantine I have my handy exercise in my home on smart TV or i pad anytime. I can not recommend it enough. Brilliant thank you.

Something needs to be done to allow landscape viewing. The Home Screen was never landscape but the workouts used to have the option of turning the view to landscape so you could see the entire screen. Since the last update, even that option has disappeared and half of the screen is cut off.
