Needs a better tutorial to be perfect

It’s irritating not being told what was wrong with the game until I came here and read someone’s review explaining that you have to tap inside the square on the beat itself to not get a strike, and to progress the game forward act as a metronome that’s deciding which square to hit at the exact moment a metronome would. Music is good, the story ran a lot deeper than expected for such a short game with little context, but overall explain the tutorial better people would love this game more

Relaxing, but confusing at first

Really simple, short game and has relaxing music. I think the tutorial could be explained better; you have to tap INSIDE the little squares, not on the screen itself. Another thing is that you need to make sure you tap to the BEAT, not when you think the ball is going to go into the square. There is some delay in between, so go with the beat. I had the same issues with playing the game at first like other reviews, but I think my performance slightly improved when I turned off the camera movement and zoom in the settings, so hopefully that works for you too. Overall, I like the music and vibe of the game. It’s really simple and can be played at any time. You can re-play songs after you finish them in story mode and set different game rules for them, so there’s some replay-ability. Some things I would suggest is definitely a redo of the tutorial section so people don’t get confused. It also feels like the story isn’t finished, and I’m not sure if the developer is planning on adding more info? I do wish more could be explained about the main character though. One last thing is a zen mode where you can play infinitely without strikes, which would be nice.

Pretty Awesome

I was skeptical at first at this game. I thought it would be bad. But once I got in it was kinda confusing at first. The ball would keep going through my paddle. But, I then realized that the ball comes at a beat. So you would tap at the same time as the best goes. Sometimes it’s kinda off. But really you want to hit the ball once it lands inside your little boxes on the bottom near your character. It was confusing at first. But once I got the hang of that. The levels were nice and challenging nothing to hard. Over all it was a pretty cool game. I loved the lofi music in the background. Very calm. If there were more levels to be added that would make it so much fun. I spent at least 25 minutes on this and already beat all the levels. Making more levels would be fun! Also would probably want some more clarification on the tutorial so people don’t get confused. But overall, fun game and I would recommend to anyone who’s bored and needs a little game. I for sure loved it.
