I got clothes for christmas from this brand before finding out it was possibly drop shipped. The clothes came in really good quality which i was extremely surprised by since I thought it was all stolen products since most of the designs are stolen from smaller brands. But it all fit well and was very cute. this brand isn’t very environmentally friendly but after seeing customer service it gives me hope that this brand does actually care about other things than profiting off of those in need of cheap clothes. I am definitely buying from this website again but the only thing i am avoiding is buying in bulk. Only buy things you know you will enjoy, do your research and look at the reviews before you buy to avoid donating to thrifts that will end up in filling landfills. But overall pleasantly surprised! (from someone with sensory issues that can’t wear cheap fabric).

I kept seeing the ad for cider pop up on Instagram so I decided to try it out. I purchased $80 worth of clothes, none of which fit. I have a fairly large chest but otherwise slim waist and ordered a few tops in large. The waist was way too wide, meanwhile the chest area was for A cups. The pants I ordered in medium were super tight on the waist. I opted to receive store credit for the items so that I wouldn’t have to go through the trouble of shipping the items back, and could just donate the clothes that didn’t fit. I then tried ordering some different style tops to see if they would fit me better and sized up on the pants. The tops were still too small, one of them didn’t even look like the picture. Pants were wayyyy too big. When I attempted to return these items, I was offered a 50% immediate refund, but for only $2. Turns out, if you purchase your items with store credit, you better hope it fits cause you’re stuck with it and won’t get any money/credit back. Never buying from Cider again, such a disappointment all around. Terrible product and terrible service.
