I’ve been a loyal customer of LuLu’s from way back when. At least a decade. I’ve always been able to get a beautiful dress or some really cute work pants and for really good prices. And the styles are really unique. I do t think I own one item of clothing from LuLu’s that hasn’t been complimented. My Sister and Mom are always in my closet and love when I do a good wardrobe Chan because it likely means they’ll get a super adorable dress or bodysuit from here. Great store, great website. Good quality and pricing.

When you add items to your cart and go to check out it will say a higher price subtotal. For example, I added a shirt that was $36, when I went to check out the total price was $65. I tried deleting and re adding the shirt to my cart, closing the app, updating the app, no matter what the subtotal was always $65 even though the shirt, even in my cart, said $36. I gave up on getting the shirt after reporting the issue and not hearing back. I tried getting two more items and it was the same thing. I’m not sure if they are aware of this and trying to see if people will not notice that they are charging way more than the listed price, or if it’s a problem they are unaware of. I know this has been going on for over a week so I wonder how many people are not paying attention to the sub total and not realizing they are paying double the price than what is listed for some items.

Well done, Lulus! Beautifully styled, excellent functionality, and overall just a seamless user experience so far. Ordering was fun & easy (watch out bank account)! I love having the ability to shop at my fingertips, instantly recall past order details, and browse current available promos, filter for exactly what I’m looking for or casually browse otherwise. All in such a stunningly chic app! This is my favorite new app & has easily bumped Lulus to #1 as my go-to place to shop for affordable, quality, on trend styles <3
