Great selection and very cute and stylish pieces. Plenty of items of great quality, but equally as many of poor quality (items with majority synthetic fibers). All are priced quite high, regardless of fabric composition or construction quality. It seems the target consumer audience are women who are slender, smaller chested, and don’t have wide hips. A lot of clothing is very revealing and simply only suits women with thin bodies (dresses run incredibly short, swimsuits cannot accommodate larger than a C cup, etc.). That said, I still very much appreciate the variety of styles and the range of different options that cannot be found at other large retailers. My biggest qualm is with the filtering options. I would adore the ability to filter by material. It would also be nice to be able to filter by percent off. Nordstrom has these capabilities in their app and continues to be my go-to over revolve simply for this reason: I am able to find what I am looking for significantly faster. Enabling your customers to filter out the “junk” options that they’ll never be interested in will only get them to checkout faster and will build brand loyalty. There are a lot of things I like about revolve, but the inability to filter out the things I don’t like makes the entire shopping experience exhausting. To the developers: please add these filter capabilities and you’ll quickly become my #1 retailer.
I never take the time to download apps, but when I saw that they had developed their own, I couldn’t resist. And the app is actually easier to use than the website because when you view the details of an item and go back to the original page it keeps your space better, I’ve been shopping with REVOLVE for three years and I get pretty much everything from here. My husband says it’s called REVOLVE because it’s a revolving door of packages coming in and out, haha. I love how quick the shipping is and how easy it is to return everything. After I make a return within a few days, it shows up on my account. Also, I always find the best collections here. I am in Chicago now and I was excited to do some shopping here, but REVOLVE has made my shopping experience so easy to search for what I’m looking for, and they have already curated the best of the best, so I ended up just shopping on here instead of locally in the stores. Thank you for making my life easier!
Ever since I started shopping from revolve (first in 2009, then I started regularly in January 2014 - so about 6 1/2 years now - they’re basically my ONLY shopping destination. Not only do they carry all the best boutique labels/designs, but you absolutely cannot beat the organization of this app/site, nor can you beat their customer service. As long as it’s during normal business hours, you can always chat with an online representative - and every time, without fail, they’ve been able to assist me with the help I need in record time. Everyone is polite, and different program levels (depending on how much you spend in 12 months, you can be a VIP if you spend over $2k a year) get you different perks. As a longtime VIP, I’m constantly able to shop new arrivals before the entire public can see them, able to triple my points for purchases (which go toward revolve reward credits, etc). I check this app several times a day. Oh, and another one of their best features - free two day priority shipping, and free returns as well (unlike some companies that actually make you pay a fee out of your refund for shipping back/them to restock. Ugh, just trashy. They could all use a lesson from revolve!).
