Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. 1,000x thank you. I am going through an incredibly ugly divorce after a very short-lived, abusive marriage and a couple weeks ago I found myself on a slippery slope regarding my alcohol consumption. This app has given me all of the metrics and reminders I need to stay 100% sober. I would recommend this app to absolutely anyone and everyone, no matter how ‘healthy’ they may think their level of consumption might be.

When I first quit drinking 3 years ago this was a lifesaver. I loved it. Throughout the last 3 years I kept coming back to it for encouragement when I needed it.
But now, like everything else, it’s plagued with advertisements. You can’t switch tabs without getting a 30 second ad. I get it the people need money to keep it going but it kinda just ruined the whole thing for many people. A year ago I woulda gave it 5 stars, but now I’ll give it a four. And that’s being generous because SERIOUSLY the ads do ruin it. Like actually ruin it.

This app is really cool. It not only tells you how many days, it showcases all of the different entities that substances impact your life. For example, (x) # days of not drinking is the equivalent caloric intake of running (y) # hours 😳Cool facts like that. You don’t have to pay for any of these extra things either, the only thing that’s “Pro” is like help and a diary. By far the best counter I’ve seen.
