Sunflower - Quit Any Addiction

I’m afraid to really disclose how great this app is because I don’t want them charging crazy prices to use. I hope they keep it affordable so other can truly seek help. This app is 10/10. Through the free use part they offer help and meetings. Loads of encouragement, even when you slip up, it’s easy to get back on track. I responded to a weekly email they send to give highlights and to check in and make sure you’re okay. I didn’t expect a response. If I got one I figured it would be AI (maybe it was) but I actually had someone write me back and they went over every concern I had. Gave me insight. Gave me several suggestions, and very encouraging and warm words. It was a long response. Like someone took time to actually hear me. That was huge. They have meetings weekly. You can join video chat or join in with your camera off. All good stuff. Please give it a shot. Also, I love seeing every day that I collected a new flower. Actually seeing progress has been a huge help too.

I’ve really been enjoying the Sunflower app. It’s honestly been a great tool for staying focused on my goals and my sobriety. 🌻 Some days it’s easy to get distracted or overwhelmed, but this app helps bring me back to what actually matters. I like that it encourages you to check in with yourself, stay accountable, and keep your priorities in front of you. It’s simple to use and doesn’t feel overwhelming like some apps do. It’s more like a daily reminder to stay grounded and keep moving forward. For anyone working on personal growth, recovery, or just trying to stay focused on their goals, I definitely recommend giving it a try. It’s been a really positive addition to my routine and helps keep me on track one day at a time. 💛

Out of all the apps to complain about being free, this is not the one. You get 30 days free trial, which is up to you, after that I believe it’s eight dollars or something like that idk/idc because it’s not much, it could be $15 at most. Who cares it’s not much for the things that you’re getting out of this app. I don’t complain about it. This is better than going to AA meetings in person where people are depressed, it has its own therapist so you don’t have to pay thousands of dollars on therapy and it shows you a visual of what your soul is looking like as we clean up. It has a bee which we can talk to at any time for anything. Never seen anything like this and it’s very very helpful. Thank you creator of sunflower.
