I love this little app. I’m only on day 4 of no alcohol, but this app is very encouraging. Well worth it to get the Pro. I absolutely love this app. Gives you a minute by minute progress. Also motivation, a diary for you, tips, how your mind and body change with each day!! Totally recommend : )
The first 6 months were the most dramatic - I guess I didn’t realize what a hopeless alcoholic that I was. Life after that has been on the up and up ever since. I really am not for any mind altering substances. Coffee, 2 cups, is one of my last vice with a couple cubes of sugar. I fit better in my shorts, slacks and shirts, and my circulation is so much better in my legs. My snoring all but stopped, and I get tons of things done in the pm - other than pass out. My wife is in second heaven since I’m so much more productive. I could go on and on, but this app has been with me 100% of the way - nothing else. In fact, I’ve never tried any other app, or even tried stopping or slowing down my drinking until I stumbled upon this app. Pretty crazy, but very lucky for me and my family.
More control of notifications would be better. A day counter notification would be helpful.
