House of Poker - Texas Holdem

Before giving valuable feedback, I wish to further review this site, comparing it to other similar (Texas Hold’em) sites, studying like, how frienly is the user interface, particularly any unique features to a site, including but not limited to graphics, and etc. Remain patient, as I will get back with the firm with an overview. Currently, I am reviewing and evaluating six different sites, as I'm actively working these sites 12 to 16/18 hours a day, 365 days a year! I played one site, while others as well, for 429 consecutive days, and blew my streak when I broke my right hip, missing a day for surgery! For real! Respectfully, Dan

There’s a lot of glitches in the game. Poker: I don’t like pre registering on the championship tournaments because when it doesn’t fill. I don’t get my buy in back and it gives me a notification stating I missed it when really it never played (there’s a place we check to see if it’s ongoing) And I think a lot of people don’t pre register for this reason which causes people to get mad about a certain championship tournament not filling up cause no one registered. I am not left handed but I feel like there should be an option to switch the call/fold/raise button on the left side and Vice versa for the lefty’s out there. I feel like the free spins to get free chips or anything to get free chips is pointless. You don’t even feel it in your account because it’s so little. I think the free chips should go based upon your league tiers. Or even based upon how much balance is in your account and do like a 3-10% off of it. So we can actually feel it in our account. The payout on the gems is horrible. You have to spend 30M to get $1 worth of gems. Not a lot of people have that. The grand master tournaments hardly ever gets filled because not a lot of people have that much to buy in. And going back to pre registration they are scared to pre register because they don’t get there buy in back especially if you don’t have that much chips in your account to work with. Black jack: Me and a lot of people don’t like it when we reach a certain balance like 500M we are required to up our bets. When a lot of us just want to play 1M - 5M regardless of how much balance we have. The reason I hardly even play the black jack area. I could be playing more if that actually changes. Don’t like how majority of the tables are closed based on how much chips are in your account. What if we want to play lower tables, it actually will get us to play more. There’s a lot more, but this what I think about it so far.

The social aspect mixed with the design is great, could be dynamite. Guess there are reasons, but I think face chat should be available on the majority of tables, not a small minority. Somehow still with limited tables, there filled with more bots than real people. It’s no fun, and you feel insane trying to spark conversations on a face chat table, and not one player responds to an emoji if your human test. Why are bots even on social tables in the first place, news flash they are not self aware yet. And Glitches. Try this, take a tiny percentage of the piles of money we happily pay you, take that money and you fix the glitches. There must be disconnect somewhere because typically that’s what successful high quality developers do. This isn’t 1999, a trained monkey could fix it using chatgpt beta 1.0 running on a pentium 3. You better get your act together if you want to be a player in this next boom in social gaming. I’ll spend my money on the apps that will take your design and make it better. Criticism aside, the social interaction with your game is better than the completion right now, so stop limiting the social opportunities, thinking improvements maybe, and stop the bot overload before ruins a good thing for both of us. Get with it and I will happily give you my money for the next 20 years.
