Every time I’ve used the app for pickup it shows me a progress screen that they’re working on the order, but the employees at the Williamsburg location aren’t trained to update the status that the order is ready. I’m never sure if they’re busy, so sometimes I go after 20 minutes and just stand around waiting and other times I’ve gone after 20 minutes and it’s clear my food has been sitting for 10 minutes.
Excellent app. The only downside is that the order progress seems to be on a timer, not actually calibrated to the status of your order.
Been coming here for a while and quality food every the time
