Yogis Grill Ordering

I placed an online order for dinner and had an eta displayed in this mobile app. I arrived to the local yogis grill at the specified time only to find out that they haven’t even started my order. If they can just update their actual ETA in the app, I wouldn’t have wasted so much of my time. Additionally, there is no ability to contact corporate for help. The contact us button just pops up a message that basically says contact the local store for any questions.

This experience was unacceptable. I placed and paid for a pickup order for 6:45 pm through the Yogi’s Grill app and received only an order confirmation—no updates, delays, or cancellation notice. I arrived around 6:55 pm to find the restaurant closed with doors locked and the phone line unavailable. The ordering platform was unable to reach the restaurant and told me to contact the restaurant directly, which was impossible since it was closed. I was charged for an order that was never fulfilled, with no communication or resolution.

This app will is very easy to use, the photos and descriptions of the items is a good feature.
