Thai Chili 2go

Every time I visit this location, the customer service is superb. It doesn’t matter who’s working. They are all so inviting and I have chosen to eat here some days just because of it. I’m leaving a review before I even go in and pick up my order because they never miss.

I love the food and was impressed with the quite intuitive app, but tonight I changed my mind sad changed from pickup to delivery. After hitting the pay button, I got a message to please try again later. Thereafter whenever I tried to place an order, as soon as I tapped the cart icon, I would get a message that my cart wasn’t empty or had expired and presented a button to clear the cart and try again. Upon pressing that button, the app crashed, every time, until I deleted the app and redownloaded it from the App Store.

I seriously love this place SO much! I’ve tried a ton of Thai places and this is by far the best one I’ve ever tried. They always cook their vegetables completely through, which never seems to be the case at other places. It makes all the difference when the food is actually cooked thoroughly. Also their flavor profiles are just on point and always consistent. I usually alter my order quite a bit and a lot of places either don’t allow that or just don’t do it at all sometimes. But Thai Chili 2 go has never let me down. They get it right every single time. I am so grateful to have found this place, it’s truly amazing!
