Barro’s Pizza

While our food was good we asked the food to be left at the door and I did a custom tip which is based on customer service. When the driver did not leave it at the door she waited until my husband answered the door and asked how much of a tip we were Leaving her. My husband found that to be very awkward. After he told me this I called barros and asked for the manager which he told me he was and he apologized and said he would talk to her. I explained that we have been ordering there since 2014. This was unacceptable. Nothing to correct the issue. I guess that would speak to how he is as a manager. Basically the issue was dismissed. Very Disappointed!

The app is definitely a game changer with their online ordering! Huge fan! My only recommendation is that they add a feature that lets you view the status of your order or even an order history. There are times the email confirmation takes forever to hit my inbox that I start to wonder if my order really went thru. Other than that, my order has always been correct and on time. 👍🏻👍🏻

Barro’s has lacked online ordering for the longest time. When the finally implemented it into their website I was stoked. But when I used the website to order it was very poorly designed and set up for ordering. They have since fixed their website and came out with this app. This app is very smooth and runs better than a lot of the other mobile ordering applications. Big ups to the app developer for this one. Barro’s has the best pizza in Arizona too!
