I order from Sauce around once per month. Their pizza is phenomenal. But I genuinely think that 50% of the time I’m unable to complete my order through the app for one reason or another. Redeeming gift cards is buggy; completely hit or miss and they expose internal error codes to the user. Today I tried to order a kids pizza, and it said I couldn’t proceed without selecting a drink, but there is no UI to select the drink. So I ended up having to call the store. Consider hiring better developers who know how to write integration/component tests.
I have been coming here for years and consider it my favorite restaurant! Not only is the food amazing but the staff are a reason why I come so often. They all are so nice. The quality of the food is amazing and at a reasonable price! Overall a wonderful dining experience.
The rewards program is one of the best I’ve seen. I get something with almost every visit. Ordering in the app takes a few seconds.
