It looks the same as online that I have viewed. The thing I don’t like is that I can’t tell how much of my dental max I have left. Last time I had to email and someone told me. Is there an easier way? I shouldn’t have to subtract payments from the $1500. The rest of the app is very helpful.

Love this app! I love that I have a copy of my insurance card and can flip and view both sides and there is an option to even email it if you needed. It allows me to see all my deductible and out of pocket charges to reach my limits and I can view all my claims and status. This makes it so much easier to see it all in one app. I can find network providers, request a replacement ID card, etc. very easy to navigate through the app.

My favorite feature is being able to see and email my insurance card right from the app. One less card I have to carry makes my small wallet very happy! I don’t know if it’s possible, but I’d love the ability to save the card to my Apple Wallet. Easy access to my benefits with simple Deductible and Max Out of Pocket metrics. I can view my plan benefits on the go without needing all of my docs! Submitting claims myself is also very simple. Just need to fill out a simple form and attach pictures of the invoices! It’s also easy to access customer service right in the app too. Very easy to work and navigate.
