I won’t give this a high rating until they change the icon. I have to split these into two different folders so I know which is the HSA and which is the health insurance. I would recommend that they have a usability professional evaluate the app and make suggestions.
Clearly the mobile app is not integrated with the web site where I’ve had user ID and password for years. The mobile app apparently uses totally different set of credentials not integrated with the web site identity and authentication platform Great work there - it’s 2020 and SSO isn’t a thing of the future. Please assess identity integration for your existing customer and do away with dual set of credentials Thank you
As other reviewers have said, you cannot log-in. It’s sad they spent time making an app that you cannot log into and have done nothing to fix it.
