I’ve been using Meya to help me find a good balance in my time and find a way to enter the best headspace when dealing with events in life and career. Meya has allowed me to take a step back and listen within myself and focus on the things that matter by better visualising my surroundings and my presence. Very helpful app and highly recommend for the systems and applications for the app for my own wellness.
This is an amazing meditation app that really stands out above other similar apps I’ve tried. The musicality of the app brings so much more above a standard meditation app and really transcends the experience and turns it into something very powerful and transformational. The app has been greatly improved since it first launched and has so much useful content for any life situation you find yourself in. I particularly love the binaural beats, chill music, self esteem meditations and the soothing voices. Can’t recommend this app enough
I really love the guided meditations on this app - the concept of music and meditation is perfect and I find myself wanting to meditate more. Plus the design is beautiful. But I find myself missing the functionality and services of the Headspace app - the personalised recommendations, tracking of progress, dark mode for sleep meditation etc. And the “breathe” function is great but is hidden under the About Meya section which is a bit odd, feels like it would work well sitting on the homepage. At this stage I’ll keep using but I’m secretly hoping headspace brings out similar musical meditations as I still prefer their app interface.
