BrainSpot: Mental Test Games

TLDR: Great app; Best customer service I have had in a VERY long time. First, I really like this app. I have been playing it since last year and have greatly enjoyed the variety of puzzles and brain teasers. I have other apps for “brain training” as well, but this one seems to have a wider variety of skills needed than some of the others, so my brain is getting a thorough workout by the end of the day. I recently had an odd issue with my lifetime paid account that was probably my own fault. I purchased it back in Oct. 2024, It is almost May 2025 as I write this, and I have never had an issue with it that I can recall until very recently. I contacted customer support and although it took several emails and a lot of back and forth, they were extremely courteous and patient and have ultimately resolved the issue. It has been rare for me to receive the type of support for an app as I did with this one. They responded to my initial inquiry as well as each subsequent one within a few hours; and kept digging through the complicated issue until they found the information required to restore the account. I could not be happier.

This is by far one of the best games I’ve ever downloaded. I’d say to get the full potential you’ll have to get the premium version but honestly with how much you could do paying $30 for a lifetime access isn’t bad. At first i thought it would be like these other games just filled with ads every two levels but when i continued to play i realized that this app is actually designed by people who really want to help others. I honestly recommend this game to anyone who would like to exercise their brain in a fun way. You’d think the levels are easy but honestly the more you go the more you have to sit and think. Very great app!

This is a great app and it’s really fun! I don’t usually like things like math and some puzzles but this made me love them! The only downside is that I have 8 energy points which lets me only do 2 puzzles in the advanced section and only 1 in the expert, although they do recharge it takes a lot of time, but overall, good app! :D Update: It’s still a good game but now everything needs premium, I cant do much in the app now. But I still really like the game :) Update 2: I’ve finished everything I could and everything left is premium, but it was fun while it lasted
