1. The app provides coupons which can only be added to the order before the billing takes place. The billing happens just after 1-2 hours after the clothes are received at the pick up location. On a whole, the coupons work only for a limited short time. This information isn’t mentioned anywhere in the app. So basically the customer has to download the app, register, get to know the app and then apply the coupons in that short time else the customer cannot add any coupons later. 2. The other weird thing is you can just add one complaint at a time even though a customer has multiple orders. You cannot create another complaint in the app if you have an issue with a new order if you have an active ongoing complaint. 3. Any issue raised via phone call can only be discussed in a limited time frame. Maybe 3 mins later the call gets disconnected automatically and you have to redial the customer care again. 4. If you have a new order when an ongoing order is being processed, the coupon can be applied but it’ll be applied to your complete order, which later will be discarded from the complete order since the coupon won’t work for the complete order. 5. The coupon entered will be applied to the order even if it doesn’t work. In general, coupons don’t get applied to an order if they don’t work but apparently in DhobiLite it gets accepted and gets removed during billing. New coupons cannot be applied later after billing. Overall several issues in the app. Wouldn’t recommend anyone to use the app. The service apparently is good. Just the app and customer service are very bad.
