I have booked for two orders first was clothing & 2nd was shows cleaning. Clothes delivered but delayed. For shoes they took almost 7-8 days to deliver. Worst customer support they say, they were on leaves so didn’t answered wow. There customer support abuse & threaten also for payment recovery on any dispute & misunderstanding. Rather than clearing doubts they threaten. This was my first & last service i took. Guyz make sure whenever you take service you will also have to face the same.

Given the good ratings on iOS, I tried this service, but they weren’t too punctual about the delivery. They promised a date for my delivery, but (i) did not keep it and (ii) did not even bother to call me and inform me of the delay. Don’t think they do care about customers as such. The store manager acted all friendly when churning up an invoice, but after that, disappeared and didn’t call again.
