The app has been updated for a better user experience, but it is still easy to make mistakes in the ordering process and there is no easy way to cancel an order when made.
I chose the Sign In with Apple option, only to be forced to provide all my information and email anyway, and then forced to sign in with email and password instead of being allowed to use Sign In with Apple, rendering the “sign in with Apple” button useless. I’m fine using an email and password instead of Apple, but don’t add a button that I can’t use. Terribly developed app Additionally, I can’t even place an order through the app. It gives me an error in red along the lines of “authentication error”. Right after I signed in. And the log in button on the order screen has no Sign In with Apple button. Lastly, I have no clue what my points are for. The points section just tells me how many I have, but I can’t do anything with it.
On iPhone, you can’t see the order button but can click the top edge of what you think the order button is. Also, DEFAULT TIP of 20% (recommended) for pickup order is absolutely annoying. The number of people who bypass ordering for this sole reason is at least 30%. They do this in store also “answer the question” on the credit card keypad first. The question prompts you to TIP even for a pickup order.
