I love that I can use this app. I work during the hours the office is open and it’s hard to make phone calls for maintenance and anything else. I love being able to keep track of my rental payments. I just wish that I could update my own information. Other than that. I love this app and my community.

I like this app. It’s easy to use. I don’t have to call the office for certain things. It can be a little slow but still works fine.

This was my 1st time paying online 💻, and the system wasn’t easily navigable once you had an issue. I entered my debit card 💳 1st because it didn’t say (ADD BANK) when I 1st logged on (correct me if I’m wrong 🙏🏾) Once I realized they would charge me $4 to the the money 💵 out I went back and tried to figure out how to add my bank account.It kicked me out 3 times and I went downstairs after the 2nd time. Aaron tried to help but that’s not what she does & does not have access to modify anything in the system.
