This has been such an eye-opening and supportive program. I could never have done this on my own. The support I have received the education knowledge and feedback is what healthcare should be like. Every doctor Hosp and support team should use this as a blueprint. Not only have I lowered my A1c. I also have lowered my blood pressure. I have lost more than 5% of my body weight. And feel healthier overall the immediate feedback from the Dexcom and the support team is nothing short of amazing!! This program should be offered to everyone in any type of a health program. Unfortunately Medicare does not cover it, and I am losing this support shortly

The app has been a total game-changer for
me. It’s helped me discover which foods actually work for my body and support a stable blood sugar. My A1c has lowered, and I finally feel I have the tools to help take control of my health. What I love most is being able to clearly see how different foods affect my sugar levels in real time. Something I’ve never had visibility into before. The guidance and support from the app have made this journey so
much easier and empowering!

Not intuitive. Clunky and have to dig deep to find what it is you’re looking for, and it may not be there. The overall coaching program is decent, but the app’s not as good as the worst diet tracker I’ve used.
CGM, blood pressure meter, and scale sync to the app, but not easily (if at all) to Apple health.
The layout is cluttered with BIG blocks for simple tasks, and very few options to configure how it works for the user.
No real dashboard to quickly view calories, nutrition, steps, etc.
Logging meals should be simple, but if I put Breakfast in Snacks, it’s a nightmare to change it.
Suggestion: Look at apps like LoseIt! that are simple layouts and so easy to use.
Finally, clean up the foods list. I depend on knowing what foods are green, orange, and red, but I can type a food in and find it listed with more than one color.
