I have register to Mi MCS app. I am a new user and I had a very enjoyable and pleasant experience. This app y very user friendly and I love it. It is a very good tool to use for different health information purposes. I expect it is kept working like now and if any changes are made, be for improvement. Thanks.

I came to Puerto Rico to retire I bought this insurance and all I have is headache when I call for help no one is in the same page I came here with good faith that everyone will try to help in United state when we don’t know a answer to a question we asked for help In my case I speak the language but don’t know how to read it I asked for it in English and respond was that this company have it in Spanish Anyway the last customer service representative was the only person who was most helpful I when to my doctor Angel Jiminez Mercado for a physical because I was told by the person who sold me the insurance that I could go to a doctor and I will be registered by MCS and it will take longer if I don’t go a MCS club wish I can because it’s pretty far plus I also when to a dentist and pay out my pocket for the visit which I did know I had Yes I don’t understand why the club are not in every town and gentlemen who sold me this insurance should also see the location where I live which it’s not convenient for me I believe all he wanted was a sale Every on unhappy I will be having another insurance next year with my Medicare when I turn 65
