It’s very useful to have your digital cards with you on your smartphone - I’ve gotten rid of my wallet altogether, and it’s apps like this that have helped me do it. So, thanks for that. HOWEVER, it is a real, royal pain in the behind to have to sign in EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. you need to see/use your card. We are two weeks away from the year of our Lord 2023 - why doesn’t this app have FaceID sign in? It is insanely annoying. Also, not all my dependents show up. My children come up in my app, but not my wife. Alternatively, only mu wife shows up in *her* app and not our kids (or me). It’s incredibly inconvenient. Third, and lastly (for now), is that the “Send Card” option hasn’t worked consistently for me. My healthcare professionals have complained that they don’t get the card, they get some message saying that I have the card or something. I’ve had to screenshot and send WAY too much for an app that has a “Send Card” option. Fix this and you have a winning app on your hands. TL;DR ==> as useful as it may be, app has deep inconveniences that tarnish user experience

Made my monthly payment through the app and it doesn’t show up as received by them and the balance shows up as there was no payment and doesn’t appear on payment history even though it does appears on my credit card statement! Be very aware when making payments!! Also now they seem to not be sending payments email confirmation! It’s been a week since I made my payment and the balance still shows up! I do not recommend this app at all!!!!!

I've had this app for a little over two years nos, it worked fine, then after an update not only did it no recognized my data, but now that I recovered my access, it's not showing me any information at all. It is incredibly frustrating to not be able to even use the digital card as I don't have a physical copy.
