The app is user friendly and loads quickly. Two things I want to mention: 1. Since we are Yoshinoya lovers, we would drive an hour to pickup a bowl to bring home! It would be great that although you can get the teriyaki sauce “on the side” (and extras too...that blows my mind); to also have the beef juice be an option to have on the side too so that our rice doesn’t get all soggy after the hour drive home please!!!!)!!!!! 2. If the app doesn’t react to something because we haven’t done it, to give us a reminder of what we haven’t done to progress to checkout. I.e. checking two items for the combo... I checked both chicken and beef and didn’t realized for about 30 seconds that I was supposed to scroll down to choose the second item in another identical list. Maybe if the app told me to scroll down/or an arrow pointing down? The phone screens are only so big. Other than that, I am soooo excited about an online app. Felt like I waited my whole life for this!!!!!!! Thank you Yoshinoya!!!!!!!!! I’ll be using this app often and telling everyone about it!

I’ve been using the app for about a year now and up until now I have had no problems. I recently ordered food from the Atlantic and willow store and when I arrived to pick my food up the restaurant was closed. You’d think like any other food app you’d simply be able to cancel the order right? Well it’s not the simple. When you go to cancel the order you’re presented with the restaurant’s phone number to call and if the store is open you’d just call them an cancel the order but again the one I ordered from was closed. So I go online to reach out to customer service call the number listed to the website no one picks up perfect, so I write them a email. The I check the app and it’s telling me my order is completed so I give the restaurant a call and they tell me they can’t do refunds for orders via the app and that I’d have to reach out to customer service. So over the course of 3 days I’m calling the number listed on the website to no avail I even send another email. And nothing I don’t receive any type of confirmation email or text messages. At this point I’m just going to call my bank and see what my options are because I’m not letting that 17$ slide. Just figured I’d write this review as a warning to others who look to make orders via the app, if you have any issues don’t expect any customer service. All I wanted was some food not to feel robbed.

The neat works well for both delivery and pickup. But the app doesn’t actually have an “I’m Here” button for people who order through the app, instead you find the “I’m Here” button through email. And there should be an option to add Ginger, Chopsticks, Napkins, etc. to your order so that you do not have to wait more from asking the employee to bring you it after bringing the food.
